The BluePrint Plans are available to groups of 51+ employees.

Advantages

  • Employers have the flexibility to select the benefits that have the most value for employees, without added costs.
  • Employers select from standard PPO and HMO plans and choose from a wide range of PPO deductibles, coinsurance and out-of-pocket maximums and HMO payment amounts.
  • For groups over 150 lives, there is a choice of HMO networks.
  • Employers can add a high deductible PPO plan or the BlueEdge Plan, which is compatible with Health Savings Accounts.
